Friends for Change Meditation London Thu 11th Aug

Rumi’s Circle are supporting Friends for Change monthly meditation gatherings at St Ethelburga’s Tent in London. A different faith meditation is shared each month – come and experience the heart’s inner space.

for a 6.30pm start to 7.30pm

This month’s faith facilitator will be Alice May holding a Buddhist space.

The format will be as follows;

* Sit in a circle.
* Short, silent meditation (can be guided)
* Sharing of a reading from a sacred text.
* Reflection of reading
* Loud meditation/Song/sharing voices
* finish with a collective prayer

Optional tea afterwards.
