Rumi Retreat! Aug 29-31st
We’re off to spend another wonderful weekend with Mevlevis and other Rumi lovers at the Threshold Society UK Annual Retreat (Aug 29-31st) down at lovely Gaunts House in Dorset. Set in 1600 acres of beautiful grounds and an 18th century mansion, the weekend will be full of music, spiritual practice, and friendship. Teachers include Shaikh Kabir Helminski, Shaikha Camille Helminski and Dr. Jeremy Henzell-Thomas.
This year’s theme is The Never-Ending Search for Truth:
In these times amidst all that challenges our humanness and distracts our remembrance, the role of spirituality must be to overcome the distortions (both secular and religious) that cloud our hearts and dull our spirits. The Way of Mevlana Jalaluddin Rumi continues to be a crucible of transformation awakening creativity, consciousness, and love.

Threshold UK Retreat 2013, Gaunts House

The retreat sounds fantastic and I would love to come. I was thinking of bringing my camper van. Can you please tell me, is there space to park up a VW camper and attach an awning. Are there showers and lavatories available and would we be able to take our meals at the conference center?
